Hobby Lobby

I can get lost (in a good way) in this store as they have so much. Prices can get a little steep but if you window shop until a sale or markdown, you can make this place compatible with any budget. The experience with the staff is usually good to average so no complaints there. It varies from visit to visit but is usually typical of the modern times (e.g. some of the employees space out looking past you and getting a genuine "Thank You" instead of a zombie "thanks" or nothing at all is rarer than it should be here but seems to be the new par most places these days I guess). Overall, still happy with Hobby Lobby.

Pretty standard Hobby Lobby. Multiple times I have had issue in the check out line. They do nothing to police the standard Karens or to ensure that those waiting in line are helped before those who happen to jump to the newly opened line before they come up. Returning things is a chore and this isn't clearly marked. Last time I had a return and ended up in the wrong line I was told that I'd have to join the right line and wait another 15 minutes to get through.

I hate Hobby Lobby and am NEVER going there ever again. I got a model A-10 and model F-22 from there and they weren't actual models. The A-10 was missing multiple parts, with some parts scattered around the box and out of their bags. The F-22 was missing two pieces but I thought nothing of it and thought that they were just in the packaging. They're not there. I started on it like an hour ago when I got home from Hobby Lobby where I returned the A-10 and got two tubes of cement for the F-22. Now I know where NOT to go to waste 54 dollars from my birthday that I now don't have. Don't go to Hobby Lobby, they sell trash that needs cement.

I had never thought of “Hobby lobby” as being the woman’s/crafters; Cabela’s/Dick’s Sporting Goods/hunting store… lol 😂 the super sweet cashier that we had today made that joke and oh my goodness it was hilarious. It was also a very true statement. the Topeka Hobby Lobby location is run very well. The staff super friendly and if you cannot find what you need, they are open to helping you locate what you need or even having a different resource for you. Not all stores are willing to assist you finding an item at a totally different store that isn’t even related to them. So I appreciate this particular Hobby Lobby being open and honest with their customers. Final product of Thanksgiving/Sweet 16 (happened to fall on same day this year), total success. We had a home full of great family and friends who shared the opportunity to celebrate with us!

Great selection, good prices, and friendly customer service. * No longer accepts the 40% off coupon/code. I wish the hours and days were longer for those night owls and weekend projects, but overall satisfied!
